1. Pitch matching: Slide the frequency slider while listening to a pure tone until it matches your tinnitus pitch.

2. Notched noise therapy: Switch to "Notched Noise" — this removes a narrow band around your tinnitus frequency. Studies suggest 1–2 hrs/day may help reduce perceived loudness over weeks.

3. Masking: White, pink, or brown noise reduces the contrast between your tinnitus and silence — helpful at bedtime.
